Si Vintners

Since 2006, Iwo and Sarah have been making wine in Western Australia. In the beginning it was just a few barrels worth, but they now farm and make wine from 12 hectares of land. For them, it's all about natural farming. All about the grapes being able to express the land from whence they came, which is why they have focussed on organic and biodynamic farming from the get go. S&I make a whole range of different wines, from a casual rosé to be gulped down at sundown, to a much more serious Cabernet Franc from and old vineyard, but also more meditative skin macerated whites from Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. It goes without saying that their winemaking is all natural, save for a tiny amount of sulfur at bottling.
