  Since 15 years, at the beginning of November, a Salon takes place in Italy called “Vini Di Vignaioli”. The Salon was initiated by Christine Marzani, a former Parisian restaurateur and one of the first importers of Italian natural wine in Paris.
  In 2016, after 15 years of increasing success, Christine and Claudia Galterio decided to reproduce the event in different European cities. The first pick was Paris, since Christine is Parisian and Claudia was working there. The second city is Copenhagen, because of Denmark’s interest towards organic farming and in consideration of the already established presence of Italian wines in the country. Besides, we are hosted by Rosfort&Rosforth, a company that has been working to promote natural wines for 2O years now.
  This Salon aims to showcase and share the stories of the winemakers who, thanks to their passion and respect for nature, have always succeeded in moving us with their wines, which are typical of their terroirs, digestible, unique and alive. The Salon will take place on the 28th and 29th of May at ROSFORTH&ROSFORTH “SOUS LE PONT » « UNDER THE BRIDGE” in the beautiful Christianshavn neighborhood. Participating winemakers are selected following the same criteria established in the quality charter of Vini Di Vignaioli Italy. The work of every winegrower, whether in the vineyard or in the cellar, must comply with the charter: the winegrower says what he does and does what he says.
